Job description
Well understanding the labor market and laws, provide professional consulting to management for decision making, ensure compliant HR practice – Timely review and maintain a competitive Compensation and Benefits structure to attract and retain right talent – Providing timely and accurate data maintenance and report to relevant parties include HRBS, HR holding, BC and management etc. – Providing a smooth HR service at on-boarding, transfer and leaving process with continues improving working efficiency – Builds a valuable professional relationship with internal customers and in deep knowledge of Business Line as well as key employees, transfers business requests to functional HR, cooperate and provide HR supports to the Business Line. – Build up a broad knowledge and experience in various HR areas of expertise, help Business Line to develop and implement better people management practices, and transfers best practices from different Business Line in the organization – Facilitate on a good employees relationship in dedicated Business Line – Take leadership to HR specialist on his/her job performance and competence development – Other assigned related responsibilities

Develop a good Compensation & Benefits system to well attract, retain and motivate talents. – Ensure a legally, accurate and satisfied HR daily operation and reports. – As a member of the management team of the Business Line, facilitator Business Line management on the organization and people management solutions based on good business understanding.
