Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure EF merchandise selling compliance;
  • Design and track on EF center’s auditing procedures;
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews and onsite EF center audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed;
  • Tracking EF center’s performance to identify investigation targets;
  • Update standard operation procedure manual covering all central functions of the BU;
  • Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities;
  • Tracking Legal documentation of EF franchise centers;
  • Monthly/Quarterly Report the school audits and compliance status to the BU Director and Controller.


Preferred background:

  • 5-7 year blended experience of compliance, risk management & auditing;
  • Big 4 + Corporate experience, internal compliance setup project experience preferred;
  • Good communication skills with senior people;
  • Willing to travel.
